This time not only behind the camera but also in front of it: Together with WÜSTHOF we used the Corona Lockdown to produce the first season of the Cutting Academy LIVE! Cutting techniques, knife selection, care, grinding, sharpening and many more topics we were able to bring closer to the viewers in the livestream and respond to razor-sharp questions in the chat. Jens Harald Herzberg was not only the producer of this format, but also the presenter alongside professional chef René Steinbach.
The viewer numbers and the media echo allow only one conclusion: there will be a second season.
